Terms of use

These terms apply when you use HrokBot. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. HrokBot is in private beta, so features and limits can change.

Who we are

The HrokBot team runs HrokBot ("we"). You can write to us at support@hrok.bot. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Your account

  • Accounts are created by invitation. You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Give accurate information and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
  • Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into HrokBot and of what your bots create for you. You give us permission to store it, process it and send it to the providers you choose, only as far as needed to run the service for you. You confirm that you have the right to use the material you upload.

What your bots do

Your bots act on your instructions. They can browse the web, write, run commands on their own computer, send messages and use accounts you connect. You are responsible for what they do on your behalf.

By default, sensitive actions need your confirmation. The "Never ask" setting turns those prompts off, and your bots then act without asking, including deleting bots, sending messages and spending money. Use it only when you accept that risk.

AI makes mistakes. Check important results before you rely on them. Do not rely on a bot alone for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.

Your keys, accounts and costs

You bring your own model provider keys and pay the provider directly. You are responsible for the costs your bots create and for following the terms of the providers, websites and services your bots use. We do not pay for those costs or reimburse them. We may set limits, for example on the number of bots, storage or computer use.

What you may not do

Do not use HrokBot to:

  • break the law or violate the rights of others;
  • send spam, phishing or harassing messages;
  • attack, probe or overload systems, ours or anyone else's;
  • collect data from websites in ways their rules forbid;
  • bypass limits, isolation or security measures, including those that protect other users' computers;
  • create or share sexual content involving minors.

Availability and your data

HrokBot is provided as is, during a private beta. It can be interrupted, changed or stopped. We do not keep separate backups of your data at the moment, so export the bots you care about and keep your own copies of important files.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, and we will give notice when we can. If we end the service, we will tell account holders first when we can.

Limits of our liability

To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty about the service and are not liable for indirect losses, for lost data, or for what bots do on your instructions or what models and third-party services produce. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit, and it does not take away rights you have as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. For significant changes we tell account holders by email. If you keep using HrokBot after a change, you accept it.

Languages

These terms are available in English, Ukrainian and Spanish. If the versions differ, the English version applies.
